Eugene Cardoza — Movement, Recovery, and Bodywork Specialist
I’m Eugene Cardoza, owner and practitioner of Movement and Recovery, LLC.
As a Movement, Recovery, and Bodywork Specialist, my mission is simple: to help people reconnect with their bodies, restore natural movement, and live with strength and balance.
I hold a Diploma in Massage Therapy and a Certificate in Neuromuscular Therapy from Gwinnett College, supported by experience as a certified personal trainer, firefighter, and EMT. My background in anatomy, physiology, and human performance shapes everything I do in the studio.
I founded Movement and Recovery with one belief — that the body is sacred, resilient, and capable of healing when given the right attention and care.
Too often, we push through pain or accept discomfort as normal. My goal is to change that mindset by helping people understand their bodies and regain control over how they move and feel.
Through focused bodywork and neuromuscular therapy, I work to relieve muscular tension, restore mobility, and resolve movement limitations — whether that’s frozen shoulder, pseudo-sciatica, carpal tunnel, or postural imbalance. My approach blends science, hands-on precision, and a deep belief in every person’s ability to recover and thrive.
At the core of my philosophy is resilience. I’ve been told “you can’t” more than once — and I’ve learned that with the right mindset, movement, and balance, the body can overcome almost anything.

Goal
Helping people understand their bodies, overcome pain, and rediscover what it feels like to move freely.
